Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped, from our end at a 3.5% deduction from the refund value. After the order has been shipped then we cannot cancel the order.

 

If any buyer denies taking the product from the courier company, then all the expenses incurred in sending that shipment including 2 sides courier charges + handling / packing charge will be charged from the refund. No free shipping clause will be applicable at that time.

We may cancel the order, under rare circumstances, including:

 

1. Incorrect pricing or description of the product

2. Payment fraud detection by Payment Gateway or our department

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address

4. Available products not passed our internal quality check during the dispatch of the product

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors an customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much much more.
